Who We Are

Started with treehouses. Still building.

Jake Corbridge and Jaxson Tanner have been building together since the treehouse days in the hills of Cache Valley. The tools got bigger and the projects got serious: custom homes, full remodels, finish work. The reason never changed. We like building things that last, then handing the keys to the people who will live there.

Same crew, same standard, every single job. We show up when we say we will, do it right the first time, and treat your home like it's one of ours. No subcontractor runaround. No disappearing halfway through. Just two guys who grew up building and never stopped.

What types of construction projects do you take on?
As a full-service general contractor in Logan, we handle remodels and renovations of every size: kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, additions, new windows, siding, and decks, along with custom finish work and ground-up custom homes. If it involves building or improving your home in Cache Valley, it is probably something we do. Not sure your project fits? Just ask.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Logan and all of Cache Valley, including North Logan, Providence, Nibley, Hyrum, Smithfield, Hyde Park, Richmond, Wellsville, Millville, River Heights, and Mendon, plus Preston and Franklin in Idaho, Bear Lake, and the towns in between. If you are just outside the valley, reach out and we will let you know.
Do you give detailed estimates, or just a single number?
You get a clear, itemized estimate before we start, so you can see exactly where your money goes instead of one lump sum. Remodel costs can shift if you change the scope or if we uncover something hidden behind the walls, like old wiring or water damage. How long will my project take, and what if there are delays?
Timelines depend on the size of the project, and we give you a realistic schedule up front rather than a best-case guess. Smaller jobs move quickly and larger ones take longer, and you get a realistic schedule for yours before we start. If something outside our control comes up, like a material delay or an inspection, we tell you right away and keep the project moving. Who will I communicate with, and how often?
You work directly with Jake and Jaxson, not a call center or a rotating cast of subcontractors. You will always know who is on your job and roughly when, and we keep you updated as the work progresses. Have a question in the middle of the project? You call or text us, and you get a straight answer.
